This music video done by A2 students needs one of those slow claps that gradually turns into a whole arena clapping (or maybe that's a bit too over excited lol). But really, I saw this and I was like 'yeahp, yeah, yep, good, that's great, sick'. Immediately from the beginning, I knew this was going to be good. The titles were clever, I loved the way he used imagery in the text. The transitions were FLAWLESS. Usually in A level music video's the lip singers are terrible, but this guy wasn't too bad! I liked the way he used text over the video on certain quotes from the song. He really went all out. He included clips from around the world, which might not be his own recordings, but it still blended well and looked as though it belonged there. All in all, this music video stood out to me and I might try some of his techniques out.

The Ones That Showed Up!
Even after reminding everyone to come into class to complete our remake of 'Nothing compares to you' by Sinead O'Connor, half of them STILL insisted on not coming in... OH WELL. We still managed to complete a fantastically embarrassing remake anyway. I didn't realise how much I really did 'get into it' until I looked at the footage myself... oh dear Khadija, what are you doing with your life? *sigh*
